Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 

Returns:

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item remains unused and in its original condition.

Exclusions:

Returns of custom or personalised items are only accepted if the product is defective or does not match the description provided.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued after the item is returned and checked. Only the product cost is refunded unless the item was faulty, in which case original postage is included.

 

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Please note that custom or personalised items are ineligible for cancellation once production has commenced.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Please inform us within 48 hours if your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. We will provide either a replacement or a refund where necessary.
